Employment rights for domestic abuse survivors

by | Jul 9, 2020 | News Items

The Government has launched a review of employment rights for survivors of domestic abuse to determine what actions can be taken to help these individuals in the workplace.

The review forms part of the Government’s wider approach to combat domestic abuse and seeks views on the availability of flexible working and unplanned leave for domestic abuse survivors. The review will also consider how employers can tackle economic abuse.

The review can be downloaded here. The deadline for written submissions is 9 September 2020.
